#अध्ययन_करें
पढ़ना और अध्ययन करना दो अलग अलग प्रक्रियायें हैं।जब आप कोई ग्रंथ पढ़तें है तो आप बस उसकी शब्दों या बहुत तो शाब्दिक अर्थों तक ही सीमित रह जाते हैं और पढ़ने की प्रकिया भी जल्द पूरी हो जाति है।
किंतु जब आप किसी ग्रंथ का अध्ययन करते हैं तो आप उसके शब्दों से जुड़े भावों और उसके वास्तविक ज्ञान को समझते और विचार करते है।
पढ़ना जहाँ सिर्फ़ आपको ज्ञान देता है अध्ययन आपके स्वयं के विचारों को जन्म देता है।
पढ़ना बिलकुल वैसा ही है जैसे किसी सरोवर के जल पर स्वयम् चल कर उसके जल की शीतलता, उसकी लंबाई- चौड़ायी का जान लेना। किंतु अध्ययन करना बिलकुल वैसा जैसे सरोवर से जुड़े तमाम चीज़ों का बोध होना।
पढ़ना आपको सतही ज्ञान देता है जबकि अध्ययन आपको आंतरिक ज्ञान देने के साथ साथ आपके भीतर नए विचारो की उत्पत्ति करता है। आपको किसी विषय पर चिंतन मनन करने योग्य बनता है।
विचार करें! पढ़ें नही अध्ययन करें।

# परिवर्तन

जो कल था वो आज नही है और जो आज है वो कल नही होगा। संसार में कोई भी चीज शाश्वत नही है। परिवर्तन ही एक शाश्वत सत्यहै।

परिवर्तन किसी भी प्रकार का हो सकता है। स्थान के आकार, जलवायु में परिवर्तन अथवा जीवों के आचार-विचार, व्यवहार या रूप रंगआदि में परिवर्तन।परिवर्तन राजनीतिक, सामाजिक, भौगोलिक या युग का भी होता है।

परंतु कभी हमें परिवर्तन पसंद आता है और कभी नहीं किंतु हमारे पसंद नापसंद से परिवर्तन न रूका है न रुकेगा।

तनिक विचार कीजिए, यदि परिवर्तन न होता तो शायद धरती पर मनुष्यों की उत्पाती भी न हुई होती, मनुष्यों के सोच और विचार मेंपरिवर्तन न होता तो शायद आज हम जिन अत्याधुनिक सुख सुविधाओं का उपभोग कर पा रहे हैं वो न कर पाते।

जो जिस समय , जिस काल में होता है उसे वो समय हि उपयुक्त और योग्य लगता है जबकि सत्य यह है की परिवर्तन सदैव ही एक नएभविष्य की नींव होती है।परिवर्तन ही जड़ को चेतन बनाता है।

विचार कीजिए और स्वीकार कीजिए !

जन्म और मृत्यु के सिवा जीवन में कुछ भी पूर्वनिर्धारित नही है और अगर कुछ है भी तो उसे अपने कर्मों से बदला जा सकता है।
पर जीवन में अनेक बार ऐसी परिस्थिति आती है जब व्यक्ति चाह कर भी अपने दुर्भाग्य को टाल नही पाता है। अतः यह मानने को भी बाध्य होना होगा कि जीवन के कुछ अंश पूर्व जन्म के कर्मों के कारण पूर्वनिर्धारित होते हैं।
आप सभी ने काली दास की कहानी अवश्य पढ़ी होगी :
विद्योत्तमा के द्वारा धिक्कारे जाने पर कालिदास इतने दुःखी हुए कि उन्होंने निश्चय किया कि मैं तब तक अपनी पत्नी के पास नहीं जाऊँगा जब तक मैं विद्वान नहीं बन जाऊँगा। इसी उद्देश्य को लेकर वो माँ काली के मन्दिर में कई दिन तक भूखे प्यासे रहकर माँ की उपासना करते रहे और माँ काली के वरदान से विद्वान बने।
ऐसा कहा जाता है की पूर्वजन्मों के कर्मों के प्रभाव से काली दास को विद्या की प्राप्ति नही हो सकती थी। परंतु वो विद्वान बने यह सत्य है ।
उन्होंने माँ काली की तपस्या की या विद्या अर्जन हेतु तपस्या की मैं यह तो नही कह सकता परंतु मैं यह अवश्य कह सकता हूँ की उन्होंने कर्म किया।
परिणामस्वरूप आज काली दास कृतियाँ हमारे सामने हैं।
अर्थात्, जन्म और मृत्यु के सिवा जीवन में कुछ भी पूर्वनिर्धारित नही है और अगर कुछ है भी तो उसे अपने कर्मों से बदला जा सकता है।

दृष्टिकोण

#दृष्टिकोण
किसी भी व्यक्ति, वस्तु या स्थान को देखने का दृष्टिकोण सभी जीवों में सर्वथा भिन्न होगा ।
जीवों का ये दृष्टिकोण उनके पूर्व अनुभवों पर आधारित होता है।
जब आप किसी पक्षी को पिंजरे से मुक्त करने हेतु भी हाथ बढ़ाते है तो वो भयभीत हो जाते हैं क्यूँकि उनका दृष्टिकोण उनके पूर्व अनुभवों के कारण आपकी नेक भावनाओं को समझ पाने में सक्षम नही है।अर्थात् आपकी छवि उनके दृष्टिकोण से अच्छी नही है।
तो क्या वास्तव में आपकी छवि वैसी ही है ?
आज के परिपेक्ष्य में एक कटु सत्य यह भी है की किसी के प्रति किसी प्रकार का दृष्टिकोण आज मनुस्य किसी से मिलकर अथवा उससे बात कर के नही बनाता बल्कि किसी के बारे में विभिन्न प्रकार के स्रोतों से जो प्रचारित प्रसारित किया जाता है उसी के आधार पर लोग अपना दृष्टिकोण भी निर्धारित कर लेते हें।
जब प्रचार प्रसार व्यापार बन जाए तो व्यक्ति, वस्तु या स्थान के वास्तविक गुणों को कभी स्पष्ट रूप से नही दिखाया जाएगा , फलस्वरूप आपका दृष्टिकोण भ्रमित होने के आसार अधिक हैं ।
स्वयं के बुद्धी का प्रयोग करे तत्पश्चात निर्णय करें!!!

सृजन किसी भी चीज का कभी सरल नही होता । एक सुंदर घड़े के निर्माण हेतु कुंभार को कभी हल्की तो कभी कठोर थाप लगानी पड़ती है ।
उसी प्रकार जीवन में भी कभी हल्के तो कभी कठोर निर्णय लेने होते हैं।
कठोर निर्णय लेना भी सरल नही होता । घड़े के समान जीवन के बिखरने का भय भला एक सृजनकर्ता से अधिक किसे होगा !
परंतु निर्णय लेना होता है ।
किसी चीज का सृजन कर के देखो स्वयं जान लोगे !

As interviewed many cyclists of GNWCC, most of them mentioned Fitness & Environment benefits as reason for opting cycling. GNWCC is popular club in area and working for social causes too. Also covered GNWCC celebrating #N0CarDay throughout year and many members are commuting to office by cycle for better environment and less traffic.

A Ride To Sanjay Lake

On Sunday 16th Feb 2020 my fellow riders and me rode to Sanjay Lake. It was my first time to this artificial lake but worth riding. you are planning for a morning outing you can visit this place along with kids and family.

 

Sanjay Lake is an artificial lake developed by Delhi Development Authority (DDA) in Trilokpuri in East Delhi, India,adjoining Mayur Vihar II residential area.The lake is Spread over an area of approximately 17 hectares (42 acres) in the middle of a 69 hectares (170 acres) forest area, also known as Sanjay Lake Park.Sanjay Lake was developed in the 1970s by DDA and opened in 1982.The lake attracts some migratory birds and has many indigenous trees.A well-laid-out fitness track is very popular with walking-enthusiasts.

The lake bound by Sanjay lake park, is surrounded by the residential colonies of Kalyanpuri and Trilokpuri on the eastern side and Mayur Vihar on the Western side. Sanjay Jheel is a huge rainwater fed lake. At times, the water supply was augmented by the back flowing Yamuna. During floods, it also received water through Hindon River channel.

Different types of birds can be seen here till February end every year.According to Local birders, the lake hosts 90 varieties of birds.Shovellers, Pintails, common pochard, tufted pochard, common teal, spot-bill, yellow headed wagtail and pied wagtail are some of the birds that commonly visit the lake.The migratory birds mostly come to the eastern part of the lake, as the water is deeper and the area is free from human disturbances.

Sanjay Lake is the tourist location of Delhi. This is a lake along with a long park. Sanjay Lake has a total forested area of 170 acres,and it is one of the longest park of East Delhi locations. Sanjay Lake is an artificial lake which is dependent on sewer and rainwater.

Adjacent to Sanjay Lake there is also an  adventure Park was inaugurated on 16 December 2015 by then Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi Manish Sisodia. The park has been set up by Delhi Tourism and Transportation Development Corporation (DTTDC) in association with Delhi Development Authority (DDA) under PPP mode. The Adventure Park is claimed to have been developed on a Wild West theme making extensive use of natural materials such as wood and jute rope and consisting of hut like structures. Spread across 6.3 acres, it has nine lawns-Great Plain, Battle Ground, Home Dome, The Den, Grazing Field, Bad Lands, Cattle Ranch, Cowboy Creek and a man-made beach.Apart from that, Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has also suggested twin corporate towers, a park, old-age homes and studio apartments for its ambitious ‘Lake City project’ at Sanjay Lake.
